I'm Pamela Spokes and I am a Service Designer
​I am a passionate, strategic, experience builder. I am driven to integrate the factual and visceral. I wholly believe that information or action without context is of little value. I value listening over talking, testing ideas soon and often, creating a safe, idea rich environment, and ‘thick data’ for insights.

​I ask why?...a lot. I am interested in turning talk into action through iteration and prototyping. I have plied my curious mind and honed my professional skills in 5 different countries: the UK, Canada, Sweden, Japan, and Finland.
