Fjord's Client: A major travel tour operator in Finland Challenge: Design a value adding experience or a service for your user that falls in some stage in the journey and make your design tangible. 5 categories- ours was family holidays. Result: Decided to flip it so that the children on the trip were the operator's customers. The service was one of building and maintaining anticipation through connection (quizzes, packing lists, fun games, etc) that would be available from the point of booking though returning home. |
