Consultant In-house Service designer Brief: Redesign their Talent Programme for highly skilled immigrants which aims to get them into Finnish start ups or to create start ups of their own. To make the programme scalable. Outcomes: Through interview data collected previously and interviews conducted, the programme timetable and flow was determined to be a barrier to full participation. It was also determined that the programme was not recognising the needs of the participants and needed to be rearranged. There were two distinct users identified that needed the talent programme to be the same in some places but different in others. Two tracks were created and extended by a week- it was also re-branded as the Catalyst Programme. The number of valid and accepted participants increased by 78%.
