Client: A software company of 100 employees in Helsinki Brief: To have an in-house event to spur new and improved services. To learn new ways of creating, developing, and testing services. Methods and tools taught: double diamond process, personas, customer journey mapping, stakeholder mapping, simple prototyping with Marvel App Outcomes: Increased tools and methods that a cross-section of workers (both technically skilled and not) can use when looking at how services are created and produced. Current problems and service gaps begin to be addressed during the 10 hour Hack session using the tools. |
