My Teaching Community |
The Class of 2020-2021 - all 23 of us
Within the course, there was the larger teaching community - my full class of peers. Everyone taught something and everyone learned. It was a group or supporters and champions for each of us and I think that this programme was better because of them. You could ask anyone for advice or help and, I never experienced anyone refusing or not having time.
TEAM HOPE
TEAM HOPE was my study group. We called ourselves TEAM HOPE because we "hoped to learn as much as possible". The three other people that I spent many hours with in Teams, Zoom, and WhatsApp chats. We read articles together and discussed them. We planned the workshop sessions together. We planned our full day Field Day on "The Entrepreneurial Approach" together. We even had one-on-one meetings when needed. Like the others in this class. We had a truly international group representing: Ghana, Iran, Canada, and Vietnam. We all came with our own expectations, teaching experiences, and life experiences and I really appreciate the conversations and discussions we had - whether they were directly about teaching or about life in other places.

Teaching Tools & Methods Used |
One of the aims of this teaching programme is to experience as much as you can. This philosophy is no different in terms of the tools and methods we used. From this list, you will see that the lecturers and the students went out of their way to introduce as many as possible. This will be really good for when we need to think of different functionalities and learning outcomes, we have a huge catalogue of tools tried. These are just the ones we remember...
